Do you actually send me to Uber/Lyft?
No. You submit a request and we schedule the ride manually after approval.
What addresses qualify?
Street addresses within the same state as the nearest store. NYC stores = 3 miles radius. All other stores = 7 miles radius.
Can I do same-day pickup?
Yes, when approved. Same-day times start 15 minutes after you begin, and the last hour before closing is unavailable.
What items qualify best?
High-demand items like iPhone 14+, newer MacBooks, PS5/Xbox Series, DJI drones, and pro gear typically approve fastest.
