No. You submit a request and we schedule the ride manually after approval, so everything is coordinated for you.
What addresses qualify?+
Street addresses within the same state as the nearest store. NYC stores have a 3-mile radius; all other stores have a 7-mile radius.
Can I do same-day pickup?+
Yes, when approved. Same-day times start shortly after you begin, though the last hour before closing is unavailable.
What items qualify best?+
High-demand items like newer iPhones, recent MacBooks, PS5/Xbox Series consoles, DJI drones, and pro gear typically approve fastest.
