User Agreement

By selling a device to Sell Your Gadgets or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility & ownership

You must be of legal age and the rightful owner of any device you sell. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all transactions. We reserve the right to decline any transaction.

Offers & payment

All offers are based on the device model and its condition at the time of evaluation. Offers are final once accepted, and payment is provided on the spot in cash or an available digital payment method.

Data responsibility

You are responsible for backing up your data and removing all accounts and activation locks before selling. While we perform a certified data wipe, we are not liable for data left on a device.

Transactions are final

Because devices are processed for resale promptly, completed transactions are final. See our refund & returns page for limited exceptions.
